3）收費信息。體檢信息系統(tǒng)中的收費項目必須與HIS中價表的數(shù)據(jù)保持一致，一旦HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中價表信息發(fā)生變化，相應(yīng)的體檢信息系統(tǒng)中的價表信息也要隨之改變。在體檢信息系統(tǒng)中生成的收費信息也必須回傳至HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中利于醫(yī)院財務(wù)部門統(tǒng)計。由于收費信息涉及到結(jié)賬等信息，在HIS中與費用相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)比較復雜，我院應(yīng)用HIS的收費程序去進行收費。收費完成后標記一個收費完成標識，體檢信息系統(tǒng)獲得這個標識后再進行病人進行體檢流程服務(wù)。

醫(yī)院所有的信息都要存儲到HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中去，所以檢驗申請信息要先傳送給HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫，LIS再從HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫中提取走相關(guān)信息，待檢驗結(jié)果出來后，回傳給HIS數(shù)據(jù)庫。體檢信息系統(tǒng)在這里建有一個LIS接口模塊，在后臺服務(wù)器上運行去監(jiān)控回傳的數(shù)據(jù)，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)有體檢中心的結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)，及時提取保存，也實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的實時性。
